Pea Planting
St.Mark Community Garden had a group of Sunday School children planting peas with a bit of help from Haldor, Brent and Gail. This picture is of two eager and helpful boys who helped out today. Four 100 foot rows of peas were planted after the beds were amended with compost and weeded. We are hoping for a bumper crop of peas this year!!! Thanks to the Sunday School kids for helping.
Potato and Carrot Planting
April 18th, Saturday, at 9am, will be the annual potato and carrot planting. Bring your hoes and help us plant the potatoes for the Food Bank!
