Community Garden work party this Saturday June 15th 9am – noon

The potato plants have grown at least a foot over the past week and it is time to hill dirt around them.  Potatoes grow above the plant roots so it is necessary to mound dirt around plants to provide a place for the potatoes to grow!!

Bring your rakes, or flat blade hoes and if you have never done this, we will show you how to do it!  Breakfast goodies will be available also!  Friends, families and children all welcome!

This picture shows our retired Pastor David Nelson putting the finishing touches on the new St. Mark Community Garden sign.
