On this Second Sunday of Advent, Ken A. continued the theme of ‘Waiting for Jesus from Thanksgiving to Christmas’ with the Advent Sermon Series on Generosity.
Last Sunday, both Pastor Eric and Ken A. talked of the Generosity of God.
Today was Generosity toward our family.
Ken A. pointed out that giving is good for us and studies have proven that people with a generous heart live longer.
As we go through the stages of our life, our type of generosity changes as we do. From being generous to our family with our time to making sure we are generous to ourselves as we age.
Pastor Eric raised the question of what does a generous home family look like and spoke of his own extended family.
