A LifeKeys discovery day took place in the parish hall on Sunday, June 5th, from noon until about 5:30. Six people participated along with the facilitators, Bergel Z and Susan G. This brings the number of people on a LifeKeys journey at St Mark, Lacey to 42.
The day was packed with questions, some struggles, and some “ah ha” moments as we began to recognize and own our gifts, values and passions. Helping one another was a key element for this group. We worked closely together to begin a journey that will continue as we grow and reflect on what we learned about ourselves.
LikeKeys is intended to help us learn where what our gifts are so that we can best use them for serving God and each other. This class has helped guide us as we filled out a survey at the Annual Congregational Meeting, “Where Can I Use my Gifts?” Every member is asked to fill out this survey. This survey will be available at the worship service for the next several weeks. Please take one and fill it out. You will be contacted SOON to serve in the area/s you are interested!
