We have been blessed lately with some wonderful music in worship and through recitals! On May 5, during each service, the Chancel Choir will offer an extraordinary opportunity to hear the story of the Gospels through the narration of Peter – one of Jesus’ disciples.
Upon This Rock is a musical cantata that begins with the compelling question, “What is your passion?” The story continues with Peter’s experience with Christ: his call, his confession, his denial, his restoration, and his sending out. But the story is also our story and through this music you are invited to answer some of these questions for yourselves: What is my/our passion? What is my/our call? and Who do I/we live for?
