The St. Mark Community Garden is holding work parties every other Saturday throughout the summer and early Fall. All the folks that have adopted raised beds have agreed to provide 10 hours of volunteer time working on the 1-acre Food Bank garden. 
These pictures (click on the image to enlarge) are from the June 13th work party. It was a beautiful sunny day and 10 of us worked for two hours to beat back many of the weeds. 
If you’re interested in helping grow the food for the Food Bank, you can show up any morning Monday – Friday from 8-11am, or every other Saturday from 8-10am.
