The Annual Congregational Meeting was held Sunday June 12th. It was very well attended! Election results are as follows:

Synod Council and Synod assembly Reports
James R. shared a summary of the synod assembly held May 13 &14 in Grand Mound, and showed a video about new mission congregations in our area. He also told about a special fund drive by the Synod Council, 1000 Mission Friends, which has a goal of raising $100,000 annually for direct support to mission churches. We can all participate by pledging $100 a year for this effort. James has the necessary information for this.
Financial Update
A financial update was given by Wade M. We are slightly behind our budget year to date.
Pastor’s Report
Pastor Nou gave her report. A key point she made was that all members work on the gift of ‘hospitality’. When we see visitors and new members, we need to welcome them as we welcome guests into our home.
Transition Team Report
Bergel Z. gave a summary of the Transition team work and thanked them all for their very hard work. Gail F. gave an update on the EOCM grant and the workplan for it.
Gifts Survey
All members present were asked to fill out a “Where can I use my Gifts” survey. Members not present at the meeting will also be asked to fill out this document.
